Job summary

HOALiving seeks a Community Manager to own day-to-day success of our HOA communities. You’ll support boards, serve homeowners, and manage vendors to keep communities running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring HOA-related experience or transferable skills from hospitality, education, retail, or real estate, with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities. Hybrid work and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in HOA, community association, or portfolio/property management preferred.
• Background in hospitality, education, retail, or real estate with strong relationship skills is valuable.
• Willingness to pursue CMCA/AMS/PCAM coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 board, annual, or special meetings per week (evenings).
• Partner with centralized AP/AR, customer service, collections, maintenance, and architectural review teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise communities and ensure compliance.
• Keep boards and homeowners informed with timely, professional communication.
• Interpret covenants and advise boards with confidence.
• Draft resolutions and written community policies.
