The role requires a strong background in property management, budgeting, and compliance with affordable housing programs, with salary between $52,000 and $55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• HCCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of the day to day operation of assigned property.
• Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are fully functional and well-maintained.
• Interact with residents to address needs and promote high resident retention.
• Manage budgets and oversee operating and capital expenditures.
