Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for a Los Angeles, CA community. You will lead operations, sales, budgeting, and team development to deliver outstanding resident experiences and exceed revenue goals.

In this role you will supervise leasing and maintenance, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies. The position requires a strong leadership mindset and deep knowledge of property management systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service and asset management, ideally in property management or related industries.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years leading a team in a competitive sales/customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• Understanding of financials and budgets.
• Familiarity with property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).
• Flexible schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–7:00pm.

• Expected salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Qualifications

What You Have

• At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will beTuesday - Saturday,10:00am - 7:00pm(hours may vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
