MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Axcess 15 Apartments in Portland, OR. The role leads the on-site team, drives marketing and tenant satisfaction, and oversees budgets and daily operations to ensure the property's success.

The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on apartment management experience, strong supervisory abilities, and proficiency with Yardi. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Ability to build and train a team; strong budget and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and train the property team for Axcess 15 Apartments.
• Market the property to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Axcess 15 Apartments, located in, Portland, OR!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
