MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA. You will lead and train the onsite team, drive marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and oversee daily operations to help the property thrive.

The ideal candidate has recent apartment-community management experience and proven supervisory skills, with strong abilities in team leadership, marketing, budgeting, and sales. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Team building and effective management skills required.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and train the onsite property team.
• Market the property to attract residents and drive occupancy.
• Oversee and maintain the property budget and financial performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the property thrives.
