Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff and leasing team.
• Manage the leasing process: marketing, tours, applications, and leases.
• Maintain budgets and monthly financial reports, monitor expenditures.
• Conduct inspections to ensure property is well-maintained and compliant.
• Administer resident programs and services to foster a strong community.
• Oversee renovations and updates within budget and timeline.
• Ensure housing regulations compliance and handle resident concerns.
