Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Experience overseeing daily operations of a multifamily community.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or MRI).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site staff, guiding leasing and resident relations.
• Manage the leasing process: marketing, tours, applications, and leases.
• Ensure financial performance by budgeting, reporting, and controlling expenditures.
• Perform regular inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Administer resident programs and services to foster a strong community.
• Oversee renovations, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence.
• Ensure housing regulations compliance and handle resident concerns.
