Job summary

Monarch Management Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Full-Time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 3 affordable housing communities. You will ensure safe, well-maintained neighborhoods and deliver exceptional service to residents.

This role offers on-site work with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and company-sponsored training, including opportunities to obtain your Pennsylvania Real Estate License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between sites.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service instincts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and work self-sufficiently.
• Experience in property management, leasing, affordable housing programs, banking, or customer service is preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations and community management across 3 properties.
• Handle the full tenant lifecycle: applications, screenings, move-ins, recertifications, lease renewals.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and maintain strong community relations.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders, track completions, inspect turnover units.
• Maintain tenant files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and program guidelines.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to uphold curb appeal, safety, and condition.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and on-site staff.
