Job summary

Dominium is hiring a Community Manager for Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit community in Lithonia, GA. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, maximize occupancy, and lead on-site staff while ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to policy.

You will work with HR, manage budgets, and coordinate move-ins/outs, vendor operations, and reporting. A 2-year degree, strong communication, and leadership skills are essential; Yardi and MS Office experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist or RAM designation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property or properties.
• Lead staff, conduct orientation, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain occupancy goals, renewals, and projections with HR support.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing procedures, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure resident relations and prompt handling of issues and complaints.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and chargebacks as needed.
• Supervise contractors and uphold company policies and compliance.
