Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit property in Lithonia, GA. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy, resident relations, and on-site staff to maintain strong performance and compliance.

You will manage budgets, renewals, move-ins/outs, and coordinate with maintenance and corporate teams to provide quality, affordable housing and exceptional resident experiences.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in multifamily property management is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations and lead on-site staff to maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Supervise staff, conduct training, and perform performance reviews; hire/terminate per policy and law.
• Foster resident relations and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
