Job summary

Dominium seeks a Community Manager for Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit property in Lithonia, GA. This role oversees day-to-day operations, occupancy goals, and staff management to ensure high resident satisfaction and strong performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, purchasing, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with housing programs. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention, and compliance.
• Hires, supervises, and evaluates staff; conducts performance reviews and salary recommendations.
• Manage resident relations and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
• Oversee budgets, purchasing, and adherence to company accounting directives.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable housing programs and regulatory requirements.
