Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager to join Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit apartment community in Lithonia, GA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy and resident retention, and supervise onsite staff.

This role requires multifamily property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, rent collection, and move‑ins/move‑outs. Dominium offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups.
• Must be reliable and have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to think independently, work with minimal supervision, and coach, mentor and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations and may fulfill duties of other positions to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; administers salary adjustments per policy and law.
• Manages resident relations and retention programs; resolves issues promptly.
• Oversees budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to financial directives within approved budgets.
• Collects rent and enforces timely payments; handles evictions per policy.
• Manages move-ins/move-outs and inspects units; processes screening for housing programs.
