Redwood Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Paradise Moultrie in Moultrie, GA. You will oversee daily operations, budgets, and on-site staff across multifamily communities to sustain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires HUD/LIHTC experience, strong communication, and proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with a salary of $53,200–$53,560 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or higher in multifamily housing.
• Experience with LIHTC & HUD or similar affordable housing programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in RealPage and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of properties.
• Ensure HUD compliance and reporting (TRACS/EIV/MOR/REAC).
• Manage leasing, marketing and resident relations to maintain high occupancy.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare budgets and monitor operating expenses.
