Pivotal is seeking a Property Manager (Community Manager) to oversee day-to-day operations at Patterson Point Senior Residence in Bloomington and Central Park Place in Columbus. You will lead leasing, resident services, and maintenance while ensuring compliance and financial performance across two properties.

This full-time role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to be on call for emergencies. Growth opportunities and a transparent culture are offered.

Formación

• 1+ years of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
• Prior experience with YARDI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including compliance.
• Manage operations, concierge services, and resident interactions.
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting for the community.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvements.
• Train and coach staff to meet performance goals.
