Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, etc.)
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and accounting principles.
• Proven leadership skills with direct supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise office and maintenance staff through hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and administrative tasks.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Foster resident relations and handle tenant/landlord communications.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC).
• Supervise property maintenance and ensure timely, quality service.
• Develop and manage the property budget and financial reports.
• Prepare performance reports and drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead special projects to enhance the community and operations.
