Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for Platform Lofts in Charlotte, NC. You will report to the Regional Property Manager and oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding resident service and financial performance at the community.

You will lead the on-site team, manage budgeting and leasing, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and coordinate maintenance to provide a safe, welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 LIHTC and related occupancy standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and work toward budgeted NOI.
• Maximize revenue and cash flow while maintaining occupancy.
• Monitor leasing activity, marketing, and renewal processes.
