The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for Platform Lofts in Charlotte, NC to lead day-to-day operations, maximize cash flow, and deliver exceptional resident services. You will manage leasing, budgeting, reporting, and team development while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company standards.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, customer service excellence, and collaboration with regional leadership to drive occupancy and NOI growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance and aim for budgeted NOI.
• Maximize revenue and manage delinquency and rent collection.
• Monitor Yardi data accuracy and leasing activities.

Skills
