CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Park Drive Manor Apartments in Rome, NY. You will lead resident services, coordinate leasing, and ensure smooth property operations while upholding HUD and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires 1–3 years of affordable housing experience, strong communication, bookkeeping, and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software
• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections
• Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications
• Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Manager, your primary goal is to create a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring smooth property operations.

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software
