Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to lead the daily operations of an Active Adult community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong financial performance, and full regulatory compliance. The role requires overseeing onsite teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining a vibrant environment for residents aged 55+.

The position emphasizes liaison with ownership, investors, and asset management while driving NOI through rent growth and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests and takes action to resolve issues.
• Completes accounting, financial, administrative, and operational reports accurately and timely.
• Serves as liaison with ownership, investors, and regional asset management teams.
• Leads site visits and provides performance updates, market insights, and improvement suggestions.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, and training and manages team performance and development.
• Oversees lease enforcement, conducts inspections, and enforces lease terms and policies.
