Key Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with followers across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.
• Spark conversations through polls, memes, AMAs, and giveaways
• Respond to DMs/comments like a human, not a bot
• Build relationships with superfans, early adopters, and micro-creators
• Track vibes: Monitor community health, sentiment, and feedback
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to keep engagement on-brand

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years in community building, social media, or digital engagement
• Platforms: You’ve managed or built communities on IG/Telegram/X
• Tools: Familiar with Notion, Buffer, Sprout, or other scheduling/listening tools
• Energy: Witty, approachable, emoji-fluent
• Bonus: You've grown or nurtured a community — even your own!
