TRON DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization dedicated to advancing blockchain technology and decentralization. With one of the largest and most active communities in the crypto space, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Blockchain Ecosystem Community Manager to lead engagement efforts, grow our community, and foster meaningful interactions across multiple platforms.

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with TRON’s global community. Your primary focus will be on Discord, ensuring an engaging, informative, and inclusive environment. However, your role will also extend to other social platforms, including but not limited to Telegram, Reddit, the TRON DAO Forum, and X, where you will monitor sentiment, address concerns, and drive community engagement.

Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Growth

• Act as the primary moderator and manager of TRON’s Discord, ensuring a vibrant and well-organized space for discussions, support, and announcements.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow TRON’s community across multiple platforms, attracting legitimate members and encouraging organic participation.
• Organize and oversee interactive activities such as AMAs, contests, events, and discussions to keep the community engaged and informed.
• Foster relationships with power users, influencers, and ambassadors to strengthen TRON’s presence and reach.
• Encourage community-generated content, discussions, and initiatives that align with TRON’s vision.

Moderation & Support

• Maintain a safe, scam-free, and friendly environment on Discord and other platforms by enforcing rules, removing bad actors, and addressing disputes.
• Respond to community questions about TRON, blockchain technology, and ecosystem developments in a clear and professional manner.
• Ensure a seamless experience for new members by providing onboarding resources and answering frequently asked questions.

Community Monitoring & Feedback

• Monitor conversations on Discord, Telegram, Reddit, the TRON DAO Forum, and X to track community sentiment, concerns, and emerging trends.
• Gather feedback and compile reports on community reactions, engagement trends, and common questions, providing insights to the internal team.
• Identify key community members and potential ambassadors to help promote TRON’s mission.

Cross-Platform Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
• Keep the community updated on the latest TRON developments, partnerships, technical upgrades, and governance discussions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 2-3+ years managing or moderating large online communities, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or tech.
• Discord Expertise: Deep understanding of Discord’s structure, moderation tools, and engagement features (bot management, channels, roles, etc.).
• Multi-Platform Management: Familiarity with Telegram, Reddit, X, and DAO forums for community engagement and sentiment analysis.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Crisis Management: Ability to de-escalate conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Blockchain Knowledge: A strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and the TRON ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze engagement trends and provide actionable insights to improve community strategy.
• Creativity & Initiative: Ability to come up with new engagement ideas, campaigns, and initiatives to grow and energize the community.
• Flexibility & Availability: Ability to work across time zones and ensure community support, especially during major events or announcements.
