Job – Associate Community Manager

Location : Remote : EST / CST Only

Duration : 12 Months

Job Overview :

Join Community and Learning Team, where you'll support a thriving online community. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside top marketing and community professionals, manage engagement initiatives, and foster strong customer relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Moderate and engage in online community forums and Slack
  • Manage service desk requests and community leader inquiries
  • Post engagement content and support ongoing initiatives
  • Administer gamification programs (e.g., creating / testing missions)
  • Collaborate with internal teams leveraging the community platform
  • Enforce community guidelines and ensure member compliance

Qualifications

Required :

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • High attention to detail (proofreading / copy editing helpful)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable learning and using new software platforms

Preferred Tools / Tech :

  • Community Platforms (e.g., Lithium / Khoros)
  • Project Management Tools : Trello, Jira, Confluence
  • Gamification Tools : Bunchball / Nitro
  • Communication Platforms : Slack
