IRT Living in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Community Manager to lead our on-site team, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional resident service across 650+ units. You will oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and compliance, while mentoring staff and maintaining curb appeal through regular property walks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family community management or 4+ years in a leadership role within the field.
• Experience managing a single community with 650+ units.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, time management, and deadline adherence.
• Skilled in analyzing rent rolls, financial reports, and payables/receivables.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); Entrata experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
