Independence Realty Trust (IRT) is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Residences on McGinnis Ferry in Suwanee, GA. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases while guiding applicants through the lease process.

The role includes market research, supporting marketing efforts, and coordinating resident events to build a thriving community. Training is provided in Tampa, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
