Job summary

Lenoxplace Apartments in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Community Manager to lead our on-site team, guide leasing activity, and ensure residents have an exceptional living experience.

You will manage budgeting, vendor contracts, and staff development, respond to reviews, maintain curb appeal, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. IRT offers comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family community management or 4+ years in a leadership role within the field.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning, time management, and deadline adherence.
• Skilled in analyzing rent rolls, financial reports, and payables/receivables.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); Entrata experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
