Job summary

Monarch Management Group is seeking an Affordable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our properties. You will act as the captain of the ship, ensuring compliance, coordinating leasing with maintenance, and building a strong community for residents while driving fiscal success through timely rent collection.

The role offers top-tier pay of $20-$23/hour with a performance-based bonus, PTO, holidays, full benefits, and opportunities for LIHTC certification training and real estate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines) required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle tough conversations with empathy.
• Attention to detail with tax credit files and numbers.

• Lead the Team: oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance.
