Job summary

Monarch Management Group in the United States is seeking an Affordable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our LIHTC properties. Starting compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour with a performance-based bonus potential and full benefits.

As Site Manager you will ensure compliance, lead leasing and maintenance, build a sense of community with residents, and drive rental income while minimizing delinquencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines).
• Tech Savvy: You know your way around Yardi and Microsoft 365.
• Detail Obsessed: You enjoy double-checking tax credit files and numbers.
• People First: You have a passion for customer service and can handle tough conversations with empathy.
• Ready to Show Up: You bring a strong, reliable work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready.
• Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine.
