Monarch Management Group in Harrisburg, PA, seeks an Affordable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $20-$23 per hour plus a performance bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

You will manage leasing activities, supervise maintenance coordination, and maintain compliance across certifications and tenant files while driving positive resident relations and community value.

Competenze

• Experience in Affordable Housing operations or LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines.
• Experience in property management and leasing processes.
• Familiarity with rental regulations and compliance.

In doing so, we have mastered the art of hitting aggressive lease-up goals and optimizing property operations to build strong, cash-flowing communities. To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for additional Affordable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities.
