Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, leasing and marketing strategies, staff development, and maintaining community standards to deliver excellent service and stable occupancy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property management experience.
• 3–5+ years in affordable housing (HUD/Project-Based Section 8).
• Strong compliance background.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall community performance.
• Ensure HUD compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy goals.
• Lead on-site team and leasing/marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong compliance background
• Proven leadership andfinancial managementskills
