Job summary

INH Properties is seeking an energetic, full-time Community Manager for a property in St. Cloud, MN. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a proactive approach to managing residents, leasing, and renewals.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain occupancy, and ensure tenant satisfaction while coordinating maintenance with vendors. On-site work and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of managerial or comparable experience.
• Experience in multifamily management is preferred but not required.
• Strong leasing skills and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws and Tenant/Landlord rights.
• Maintain occupancy, drive renewals, and overall resident satisfaction.
• Proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues.
• Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Ensure the property is leased to maximum occupancy.
• Office administration duties including rent collection and policy enforcement.

What We're Looking For:

INH Properties is looking for an energetic and dependable full-time Community Manager for a property in St. Cloud, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess a strong leadership style and an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.

Job Description: (Including but not limited to the following)

Working Conditions:

• Full Time
• Salary - Pay range: $60,000, depending on experience.
• Currently 100% onsite (not remote)
• On-Call
