The Community Manager oversees the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial activities, administration, and risk management. As the on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies, safety, fair housing laws, and liability standards.
Reliable transportation is required. Compensation includes a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, and focused on property management within the marketing and sales function.
