We're looking for a Community Manager to build and nurture an engaged community of hockey athletes, coaches, and teams around our platform, growing our presence across social channels and turning users into active, vocal advocates.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day activity across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X), including content scheduling, posting, and community replies
• Build and moderate an online community of athletes, parents, and coaches, fostering discussion and engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand voice
• Partner with marketing and product teams to source athlete stories, testimonials, and user-generated content
• Track community engagement metrics and report on growth, sentiment, and content performance
• Plan and support online campaigns, contests, or launches tied to product releases and program updates

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related role
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Comfort working with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Experience moderating online communities and handling member inquiries with professionalism
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teamsGenuine interest in hockey or sports performance is a plus for connecting authentically with the audience
