Qualifications

• 2+ years in community management or social media.
• Strong written communication and adaptable tone across platforms.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools for social media.
• Experience moderating online communities and handling member inquiries professionally.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and support teams.
• Genuine interest in hockey or sports performance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X).
• Build and moderate an online community of athletes, parents, and coaches.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand voice.
• Source athlete stories, testimonials, and user-generated content with marketing/product teams.
