Lion-Real-Estate-Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for Haven Apartments in Nashville, TN. You will lead daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and improve occupancy while overseeing leasing, renewals, and collections.

You will mentor onsite staff, partner on value-add initiatives, and ensure budgets and policies align with performance goals. This role offers strong growth and an opportunity to shape a high-performing community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
