Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for a multifamily property in the Greater Atlanta area. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, collections strength, and exceptional resident relations to drive occupancy and NOI.

You will oversee leasing, renewals, and on-site operations, while guiding a team and coordinating with leadership on renovations and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and Spanish-English bilingual

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience (preferred with value-add assets).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual: English and Spanish are required.
• Valid Driver's License with insured vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
