Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group in the Greater Atlanta area seeks a Community Manager to lead a multifamily community onsite. You will drive resident relations, lease renewals, and collections while guiding a onsite team to deliver exceptional service and strong NOI growth.

Join a leadership-driven team investing in renovations, marketing, and retention programs to elevate the community and performance. Strong budgeting, reporting, and English/Spanish communication are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and occupancy.
• Budgeting and reporting experience; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at one of our multifamily communities in the Greater Atlanta area, where you'll drive results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish Required)
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
