Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a bilingual Community Manager for The Brentwood in Nashville, TN. You will lead daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, oversee leasing, renewals, and collections, and mentor onsite staff to deliver excellent service.

You'll partner with leadership on value-add renovations, marketing, and retention programs while ensuring budgets, policies, and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish).
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).
