Job summary

Sequoia Equities in Martinez, CA seeks a Community Manager to inspire a team and manage a multi-million dollar asset. You will lead, train, and coach staff while building strong tenant relationships.

Ideal candidate has 2–3 years residential property management experience and budgeting/ops track record. Familiarity with Yardi, Onesite, REBA is a plus. Sequoia Equities offers health benefits, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and rent discounts.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $32 - $42 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
