Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at The Cumberland in Marietta, GA. You will drive resident satisfaction, lead an onsite team, and manage leasing, renewals, and collections to improve occupancy and NOI.

You will partner with leadership on value-add initiatives, including renovations and marketing, while ensuring budget compliance and strong performance metrics. This role offers growth and a commitment to resident success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset and team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
