The Cumberland by Lion Real Estate Group in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and improve occupancy and NOI. You will oversee leasing, renewals, and collections while mentoring the onsite team and partnering on renovations and marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value‑add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
