Qualifications

Job description

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.

Currently, we are searching for a Community Manager to work at Westover Village Apartments in Loveland, OH.

DUTIES:
  1. Frequent interaction with residents, proactively responding to their needs; focus on relationship development and resident retention.
  2. Achieve the highest possible net operating income through implementation of effective cost control.
  3. Develop yearly operating and capital budget plans.
  4. Monitor and enforce resident lease obligations.
  5. Understand and maintain strict adherence to State and Federal Fair Housing Laws.
  6. Ensure that units/space conditions are in market-ready condition.
  7. Responsible for rental collection and posting, inputting invoices, and other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  2. Ability to work effectively and lead the community staff.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Experience with OneSite, Yardi, and/or eSite is preferred but not required.
  5. High School diploma or equivalent; some college education is strongly preferred.
  6. Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
