Friedman Real Estate in Lexington, KY is seeking a Residential Property Manager with 2–3 years of property management experience to be the face of our community. You will handle AP/AR, rent collections, leasing, and interactions with residents.

Responsibilities include overseeing on-site contractors, supervising maintenance and administrative staff, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. A positive attitude, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency are required; Yardi
