Brookside Properties at The Pines at Willowbrook in Hinesville, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily upkeep of an 80‑unit community. You will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, and ensure timely turns while actively participating in day‑to‑day work.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and a commitment to safety and budgets.

Qualifications

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience.
• Multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• EPA Certification – Type II or Universal required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community.
• Lead and support the maintenance team.
• Complete service requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Maintain inventory and work within the property budget.
• Ensure the community meets OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
