Valley Estates Heber Springs is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee our apartment community in Heber Springs, AR. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day activities of the property, including maintenance staff and vendors, to ensure the goals and objectives of the property are accomplished.

• Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies
• Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing
