Job summary

CCMC is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our community in Edmonds, WA. You will supervise leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations to ensure high service levels.

This role requires knowledge of Fair Housing laws, strong administrative skills, and experience with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site. In-person work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a property manager.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve community goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 1 year previous experience as a property manager is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
• Proficiency in using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in facilities management is desirable.

Expected salary range is $31-$33 per hour depending on experience.
