MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO. The role includes building and training a team, marketing the property, and overseeing the budget to ensure the property thrives.

You will be responsible for operations such as marketing, budgeting, and sales, with required supervisory experience and strong team-building abilities. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills required.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

• $79,000-$81,000 annually
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
