Job summary

K&K Property Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day HOA operations, including vendor coordination, board communication, and enforcing community rules.

You’ll work with homeowners, coordinate projects, and help ensure communities run smoothly while delivering high-quality service with a proactive, can-do attitude. Experience in management is a plus; training is provided.

About the Job

As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the HOAs under your care. You’ll coordinate vendors, manage contracts, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, keep up with projects, enforce rules, and help communities run smoothly.

We’re less worried about your resume and more excited to meet someone who’s driven, personable, organized, and can handle a curveball with a smile. Whether you’ve worked in property management before or are just ready to learn fast and think on your feet, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
