Manages a portfolio of community associations. Performs office and non-manual work directly related to the management of the general business operations of community associations under management. Primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers, including homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and account retention.
