Socket.dev in Hayward, CA seeks a full-time property manager to oversee leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance and vendor relations at one or more properties. The role requires onsite presence, strong customer service, and bilingual Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing experience.
• Experience with Entrata property management system a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manages core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, vendor relations, etc
• Works closely with the Portfolio Manager to achieve optimum new lease and renewal pricing
• Develops strategies and executes action plans to align property goals with company goals
• Exhibits role model behavior in customer service and professionalism
• Oversees community administrative and reporting functions; partners with Accounting Department to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintains property cleanliness and curb appeal
• Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws. Ensures the same level of compliance from all team members.
• Completes additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Portfolio Manager

Pay:$30.00 per hour

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing experience
