Job summary

Touro Property Management in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our residential communities. This role requires a proactive leader who excels in customer service, team development, and property performance.

The ideal candidate will drive leasing strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing regulations, while fostering an inclusive, resident-focused environment and delivering value to residents and owners.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate onsite staff to perform at their best.
  • Manage budgets, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense control.
  • Oversee leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.

This role requires a proactive leader who excels in customer service, team development, and property performance. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate onsite staff to perform at their best.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans.
Resident Experience
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents.
  • Handle resident communications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Manage budgets, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense control.
  • Oversee leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue goals.
Compliance & Vendor Management
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate property maintenance and improvements.
Marketing & Community Engagement
  • Implement creative marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Organize events and initiatives that build community engagement.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
